Credit goes to him for analysing sanskrit Scriptures which remained unnoticed for a long time. Contribution to Mathematics by Indians from Vedic Age up to the age of Bhaskaracharya are discussed in details in the first part. Second part gives developments in astronomy during Vedic Age.
